Client Services Agreement
Lora Greene Travel is thrilled to help you design, book and experience the trip of your dreams. We design and book customized itineraries to include accommodations, transfers, activities and anything else that will make your trip special. While you are enjoying your trip, we monitor and manage your travels every step of the way & will be there for you if you need assistance. We commit to giving you the very best that travel has to offer.
As a client of Lora Greene Travel, you will have exclusive access to: (1) our travel expertise; (2) expansive network of preferred partners due to our independent affiliation with Brownell Travel, a Virtuoso member & Forbes Travel Guide endorsed agency; (3) valuable amenities offered at our preferred partner properties; (4) insider access to one-of-a-kind experiences; and (5) peace of mind knowing that you have a trusted advocate to work on your behalf should any bumps arise along the way.
Trip Design Fee
Lora Greene Travel charges a trip design fee for our work. Our design fee varies per trip and is based upon the number of travelers, destinations, the level of anticipated complexity and other factors. Your trip design fee will be communicated to you clearly and shall be collected prior to the commencement of any trip planning. Payment of our trip design fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether a trip is booked.
Fee Structure
Our general trip design fee structure is outlined below. Your specific design fee for this trip has been communicated directly to you via email.
Customized Itinerary Design Fee: Starting at $950
Our design fee to create a customized week-long itinerary for one family begins at $950. Our design fee reflects the value of our expertise, our preferred partner network and the hours of research and planning we, and our suppliers, devote to creating an exceptional, one-of-a-kind itinerary just for you. Should you change gears after the planning process begins, additional advisory fees may arise, but we will always communicate that to you.
Our design fee includes:
Initial discovery consultation call
Design of a fully customized itinerary & 2 full rounds of edits
Booking of trip components including accommodations, ground transportation, train tickets, tours, experiences, etc. (Should you want us to book airfare, an additional fee will apply).
Access to the amenities, upgrades & VIP experiences available from our preferred partner programs
Complimentary consultation with Brownell’s Insurance Desk
Access to an electronic itinerary app and trip management software
Assistance should any bumps arise while traveling
In addition to our design fee, a fee of 15% will be charged on top of any net industry rates that may be quoted to you.
Direct Hotel-Only Booking (where hotel and dates are known): $0
For direct hotel-only bookings where you already know when you want to go, the property where you want to stay & simply would like to take advantage of our Virtuoso and preferred partner amenities programs, our design fee is waived.
Hotel-Plus Booking: Starting at $350
For direct hotel-only bookings requiring research, recommendations and booking, our design fee starts at $350 per destination. This gives you the value of our travel expertise in helping you select the perfect destination, the benefit of our preferred partner amenities programs, & the peace of mind of having a trusted advocate to work on your behalf should any bumps arise along the way.
Cruise Bookings: $350 per cabin
Our design fee for cruise bookings is $350 per cabin. Just as with hotels, booking a cruise through us ensures that you receive the benefit of our travel expertise and often, a dedicated on-board ambassador (dependent on whether you are cruising with one of our preferred partners), as well as value-added amenities from our preferred partners.
Airline Ticket Issuance: $125 per ticket for domestic & international, capped at $500 per household
Hourly Fee for Excessive Revisions to Itinerary & Concierge Services (beyond reasonable expectations): $150 per hour
Expedited Design Fee (travel within 30 days): $500 + Normal design fee.
Lora Greene Travel reserves the right to adjust these fees at any time.
Price Quotes and Cancellation Fees
Prices and availability are subject to change and are not guaranteed until payment is received by the supplier. Price quotes are applicable to the date and time at which they are received. Quotes in foreign currency are subject to fluctuations in exchange rates and international credit card issuer fees.
Upon receipt of your credit card authorization form and approval of the trip itinerary, we will provide payment to the supplier(s) in a reasonably timely manner. You will be provided with all payment information and cancellation policies of the suppliers in advance. Once an itinerary is secured and bookings have been confirmed on your behalf, any requests to change the itinerary are subject to an additional design fee, along with any fees and/or terms and conditions that may apply from the supplier(s) with whom we are working.
In the event you cancel your trip after we have confirmed your trip reservation with our travel partner(s), you will be charged the cancellation fee(s) as outlined by the hotel, tour company or other supplier as well as a $250 per person cancellation fee by Lora Greene Travel. Trip design fees paid to Lora Greene Travel are non-refundable.
Travel Insurance
Lora Greene Travel always recommends the purchase of travel insurance to cover certain risks inherent in travel, such as supplier bankruptcy, natural disasters, and the inability to travel due to a medical or personal emergency. You can decline travel insurance, but doing so will be at your own risk.
