what we can do for you

  • Our design fee to create a completely customized week-long itinerary for one family begins at $950. Our design fee reflects the value of our expertise, our preferred partner network and the hours of research and planning we, and our partners, devote to creating an exceptional, one-of-a-kind itinerary just for you. Should you change gears after the planning process begins, additional advisory fees may arise, but we will always communicate that to you.

    Our design fee includes:

    • Initial discover consultation call

    • Design of a fully customized itinerary and 2 rounds of edits

    • Booking of trip components including accommodations, ground transportation, train tickets, tours, experiences, etc. (Should you want us to book airfare, an additional fee will apply)

    • Access to the amenities, upgrades and VIP experiences available from our preferred partner programs

    • Complimentary consultation with Brownell’s Insurance Desk

    • Itinerary app and trip management software

    • Assistance should any bumps arise while traveling

    Please note that for any quotes provided to you at net industry rates (which reflect a discount from the typical gross commissionable rates), we charge a 15% fee.

    Last minute bookings within 45 days of travel (or 90 days of holiday travel) will incur an additional last minute booking fee of 50%.

  • For instances where you know your destination, but need help deciding between a few hotel options, our design fee is $500. This gives you the value of our travel expertise in helping you select the perfect accommodation, the benefit of our preferred partner amenities programs, and the piece of mind of having a trusted advocate to work on your behalf should any bumps arise along the way. Three hotel recommendations will be provided as well as the booking of the hotel on your behalf.

    For hotel-only bookings where you already know the property you want to stay at and would simply like to take advantage of our Virtuoso and preferred partner amenities programs, our design fee is waived.

  • If you are gearing up for a significant birthday or milestone event, we can assist with property buy-outs and group reservations. Whatever your interests, we boast partner properties across the globe that are ideal for marking such special celebrations. Design fees are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Multi-year travel planning is ideal for travelers who wish to plan around life’s many celebratory events, prefer a structured plan to achieve bucket list goals and want to make travel an integral part of their life. Fees determined on case-by-case basis.

  • Our independent affiliate Brownell Travel’s Air Desk can assist with booking commercial airfare for a fee of $150 per person. Private jet accommodations can be arranged at no charge.

Once you complete our inquiry form, we will connect for your complimentary discover call. This call allows us to get a better understanding of your wish list and vision for your trip along with the ways you like to travel. The more you share with us, the more personalized and exciting we can make the process! During our call, we will let you know our trip design fee for your trip. Should you decide that we are a good fit for your travel needs, payment of our fee and a signed client services agreement is required to proceed.

After our call and payment of our design fee, we work our magic. We take every detail you shared with us and combine it with our travel expertise and network of preferred partners across the globe to create a one-of-a-kind itinerary filled with the very best accommodations and experiences for you. This is a collaborative approach so we will tweak your itinerary until you think it is just right.

  • Yes, we do charge a design fee. Lora Greene Travel is a professional travel advisory. We work with you on a consultative basis to create and tailor a completely custom trip based on your desires and preferences. Our design fee reflects the many hours of work we devote to crating your unique journey, our travel expertise and the value of our worldwide preferred partnerships.

  • Your trip doesn’t have to be complicated to work with us! The value of utilizing our services is knowing that you can depend on our travel expertise and our knowledge of you to create the ideal trip without the stress and worry of trying to plan on your own. Our job is to provide you the highest level of service and attention to detail whether you are going to Miami for the weekend or a 2-week sojourn through Italy.

  • Even if you just need to book a hotel, there are significant benefits to having Lora Greene Travel handle your reservation. For starters, when we book on your behalf, you will be able to take advantage of our Virtuoso and preferred partner amenities which typically include: breakfast and resort credits, early check in and late check out times, and an upgrade upon arrival if available. Plus, your treatment at the property – in terms of your status on the upgrade list and the overall service provided by the hotel – will be elevated because of your relationship with us. Hotels prioritize our guests over those booking online or through programs like American Express Travel. Plus, in instances where you already know which hotel you want to stay at, there is no fee for our services.

  • Yes. Our affiliate Brownell Travel has its own air desk with a dedicated team of air professionals who, for an additional fee, can assist with air bookings. This is particularly helpful when booking international or complicated, multi-leg travel. Brownell’s air desk will not only help you find the best route, but they will also monitor your flights & are available 24/7 if you experience a flight cancellation or delay.

  • Yes! Private villas are becoming so popular with families and groups as they afford the ultimate in privacy, space and luxury. We work with private villa properties around the world that deliver the highest luxury experiences, many of which are not publicly available online. Please inquire to find out more.

  • Because we cannot properly vet or guarantee the quality of these rentals, we do not book AirBnBs or VRBOs.

  • Unfortunately, Lora Greene Travel cannot assist with bookings utilizing miles or points. We are always happy, however, to make sure you receive miles and points for bookings made through us.

  • We always recommend travel insurance to our clients to safeguard their investment. Once your booking has been confirmed, we can provide you with a complimentary consultation with Brownell’s insurance experts to see which policy is right for your trip.

  • We are always monitoring your travels from behind the scenes while you are out roaming the world. Should an issue arise, we will do our very best to work with our partners to correct the situation.
