Lora Greene Named Virtuoso's 2026 Rising Star for the United States
Well... this happened.
I'm incredibly honored and honestly still pinching myself, to share that I was named Virtuoso's 2026 Rising Star for the United States at Virtuoso Travel Week in Las Vegas last week!
Virtuoso is one of the most prestigious networks in luxury travel, and this award recognizes advisors who are redefining what exceptional travel experiences look like.
I was originally selected as one of five nominees from an entire country of incredibly talented travel advisors.
Just being nominated felt pretty amazing.
Actually winning? I'm not going to pretend that didn't feel incredible because it really, truly did.
What Is the Virtuoso Rising Star Award?
For those who aren't familiar with Virtuoso, it is one of the world's leading luxury travel networks and a huge part of what gives Lora Greene Travel access to the hotels, experiences, relationships and VIP benefits that we are able to provide our clients.
Virtuoso is a by-invitation-only network with more than 20,000 travel advisors across 58 countries, along with preferred relationships with thousands of the world's best hotels, resorts, cruise lines, airlines, tour companies and destinations.
The Rising Star Award recognizes new-to-industry Virtuoso travel advisors who demonstrate an exceptional level of both production and engagement within the network. I was incredibly honored to be named the 2026 Rising Star for the United States.
This One Means A Lot
I started Lora Greene Travel because I absolutely love travel and because I genuinely believed there was a better, more personal way to help people experience the world.
Since then, LGT has grown faster than I ever could have imagined.
But what I'm most proud of isn't an award or a sales number. It's the trips.
It's the honeymoon someone talks about years later. The family trip where the teenagers actually put down their phones. The hotel that turns out to be exactly right for a client. The once-in-a-lifetime experience that someone finally gets to check off their bucket list.
That's why we do this.
And none of it happens alone.
I'm incredibly grateful to our clients who trust us with their vacations, our amazing LGT team, the hotel and destination partners around the world who take such wonderful care of our travelers, and our host agency, Brownell Travel, for their unwavering support behind the scenes.
This recognition means so much to me, but mostly it makes me incredibly excited about what we're building at Lora Greene Travel.
